About Mariéme Jamme - founder of iConscience™

I started iConscience to bring together like-minded business experts - with a focus on sharing expertise in building sustainable businesses.

I had participated in a number of mentoring schemes. Rather than more mentors, I began to see that most business people I worked with actually wanted to build a network of confidantes, to share ideas or concerns with.

This is the fundamental principle of iConscience - we operate as a network of confidantes, able to explore issues honestly - in person as well as online.

I started out in business working for Enda Tiers Monde, an organisation supporting sustainable lifestyles for people in developing countries. As well as gaining an MBA in Corporate Technology and Business Development, I have studied in Paris, Lyon and in the UK.

My work as President of SpotOne Global Solutions brings me into contact with businesses all over Europe, Middle East and Africa, as we help organisations establish operations outside their home territories.
Time and again, my connections with business leaders, marketers, recruiters and technologists highlights the need for networking with ‘a moral imperative’.
Welcome to iConscience™   - networking with a conscience. Mariéme Jamme- Founder

About James Stuart - co-founder

James has been at the leading edge of commercial, market and innovation strategy for 18 years. He has helped steer the direction and commercial success of some of the most recognisable globally branded names as well as being involved in a number of the high profile initiatives transforming the public sector of today.

James has developed a reputation as one of the most precise “futurists” and an advocate of sustainability. James's methodology provides in-depth insight into how the world will be in the time frames 3-5 years and 5-10 years, allowing visibility of the myriad of opportunities and threats emerging over the horizon. This is an essential component in new product and service development, as well as in the strategic direction of organisations seeking commercial advantage and market impact in a fast changing world.

In a dynamic environment like our world, success rarely happens by chance. Success comes through being sure of the future we are all developing into, and making good use of finite resources to create a shared advantage. Success only matters if it is sustainable, which means a new mindset, a new business philosophy, a new realistic approach for the increasing demands of the 21st century.
